Before you call
It helps to have:
- The property address, so the request reaches a builder who works there
- Whether it's a new wall, a repair or a timber wall that needs replacing
- A rough height and length, even if it's a guess
- What sits above the wall: lawn, driveway, patio, fence or building
- A couple of photos of the face and the ground above it, if you can
